100 up, 100 down
In my personal accomplishment folder I'm doing 200 push-ups a day 100 when I get up in the morning and 100 before I go to bed everyday. Yeah, I'm sure there are some people out there that are like that's nothing. But, when I got here I could barely get out 30 all day.

Yeah...you need to get those arms right and keep them right! Never know when you have to push up and off of something. *wink, wink

This is true. It's all about keeping fit. I guess not drinking and well...drinking has me more focused. Having nice arms may come in handy when I get back.
